Buff82: This story is among what I would consider one of the quintessential twilight fan fiction stories. In other words, if you like fan fiction then this should be one of your top 5. I was sucked in from the beginning, consumed by the complex relationship and rooting for them the whole way. One of the only fics (that I know of) to coin a non - ward nickname for Edward, Fifty has become near and dear to my heart. He is, in all sense of his nickname, fifty shades of fucked up.

The story is full of gut wrenching moments, that rip your heart out and serve it to you on a silver platter. In the same breath, there are more redeeming moments, more intimate and loving moments than I can count; Fifty can indeed be swoon worthy. Icy’s Bella is one of my favorites that I have ever read. She is strong willed, and for the most part, doesn’t waiver from what she wants. She is stubborn, yet level headed, but she does allow herself to get swept off her feet - which I think we should all allow, at least once in our lives. After 80 some odd chapters and over fifty thousand reviews, this story is finally complete. I highly recommend it, so go read - laugh, cry, punch your computer - love it.

Katbug86: I will fully admit to intially reading this story and thinking to myself, "I'm not sure I'm going to like this." Buff encouraged me to continue on, and I realized that I couldn't have been more wrong. Fifty, as Icy's version of Edward has been named, is charming with his smiles and caring nature towards Bella. But watch out, he can be rather terrifying with those twitchy palms of his. No matter what, he'll melt your heart, but at the same time you'll feel as if your heart is ready to beat its way out of your chest. Bella is strong, yet shy and sweet, and watching her fall in love with Fifty from day one of meeting him has been endearing. (Though I can say I am one-hundred-percent jealous of a fictional character)
